my PRACTICE
Nourished with Intuition offers nutrition support and intuitive eating counselling for individuals and families, grounded in a non-diet, weight-inclusive approach.
My work is practical, reflective, and relational. Rather than prescribing rules, sessions focus on your value-led goals and support you in making sense of food and nutrition within the context of real life - including family dynamics, emotional wellbeing, culture, and personal circumstances.
Support is collaborative and tailored to the individual or family, drawing on both nutrition expertise and counselling skills as appropriate.
If you’d like to explore whether this approach feels right for you, you’re welcome to book a free discovery call or get in touch via sara@nourishedwithintuition.co.uk
Does any of this sound familiar?
You find yourself constantly thinking about food or your body weight.
Social situations involving food feel stressful rather than enjoyable, leaving you worrying about what or how much you should eat.
Mealtimes feel challenging or exhausting because your child is a fussy eater, and you’re unsure how to support them without creating pressure.
You worry that your own relationship with food might influence how your children think or feel about eating and their bodies.
You want your family to have a calmer, more positive relationship with food, but you’re unsure where to start.
If this resonates with you,
I’d love to support you.
Nutrition & Intuitive Eating Support
-
This is a non-diet, weight-inclusive nutrition and intuitive eating support service for individuals and families across the lifespan.
Nutrition support is available from infancy through adulthood. For younger clients, this may include responsive feeding principles, Ellyn Satter’s Division of Responsibility, baby-led weaning, and other developmentally appropriate frameworks that promote structure without control.
Intuitive Eating Counselling is offered to individuals aged 13+, where developmentally appropriate. Family-focused support typically involves parents or carers, while 1:1 sessions provide individual support for a person’s relationship with food and body. Parents or carers may attend sessions with minors if preferred.
Support may include practical nutrition guidance, counselling-style exploration, or a blend of both, depending on age, needs, and goals. Sessions are flexible and can evolve over time.
All work is provided ethically, within my scope of practice*, and in line with professional standards.
-
Sessions are client-centred and non-prescriptive.
They may include:
Reflective conversation and exploration
Practical, realistic nutrition guidance
Support around eating patterns, beliefs, and experiences
Problem-solving around meals, routines, and family dynamics
For children and families, sessions are typically practical and parent-focused, supporting a positive, supportive food environment.
For adolescents and adults (13+), sessions may include Intuitive Eating counselling work.
Sessions are offered in person or online.
-
Each appointment includes:
A 60-minute consultation (face to face or online)
Depending on the focus, this may also include:
Worksheets or reflective tools
Review of information or completed worksheets shared in advance
Review of mealtime photos or videos (if applicable)
Written recommendations or a session summary, where applicable
Support may be short-term or ongoing, depending on individual needs.
-
An initial 60-minute consultation is £130.
Follow-up appointments are 60 minutes and are charged at £120.
Discounted rates are available when booking a block of six sessions or more.
Extended 90-minute consultations are available at £185 and can be booked for both initial and follow-up appointments.
If you’re experiencing financial difficulty but feel my support could be helpful, I offer limited spaces for pay-what-you-can clients. Please book a free discovery call and specify that you’d like to be considered for this option.
*Scope of Practice
I only work with individuals who have eating disorders or complex health conditions as part of a wider care team, alongside appropriate dietetic, medical, and mental health support. If I believe your needs fall outside my scope of practice, I will be clear about this and recommend seeking support from an appropriate professional to help ensure you receive the care that is right for you.
